Orders

All orders are considered confirmed once accepted. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all product selections, quantities, and specifications are correct prior to confirmation.

Product Selection

Product selection is made by the client unless otherwise specified. KiwiTile may provide guidance, however final suitability, application, and performance remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Any pricing errors or omissions may be corrected prior to order acceptance.

Supply and Availability

Supply timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on manufacturer availability, logistics, and external factors. KiwiTile is not liable for delays outside of its control.

Delivery

Products must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns

All product selections are considered final once confirmed. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless required under applicable consumer law.

Storage and Handling

Once supplied or delivered, responsibility for correct storage, handling, and protection of materials transfers to the client or receiving party.

Liability

KiwiTile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use, selection, or installation of supplied products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
